1. Nature of Product

As our products are consumable beverages, we do not accept general returns for safety and quality reasons.
 

2. Eligible Cases for Replacement/Refund

We will offer a replacement or refund only in the following cases:

• Product received is damaged, leaking, or defective

• Incorrect product delivered

• Expired product delivered
   

3. Important Safety Note

Do not consume the product if:

• The can/bottle is bulging, leaking, or damaged

• The seal is broken
   

4. Reporting an Issue

To request a replacement/refund:

• Email us at heythere@drinkfunc.in within 48 hours of delivery

• Include:

  • Order ID

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
     

5. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
   

6. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer returns/refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Taste preference

• Improper storage after delivery

• Minor packaging wear that does not affect product quality
   

7. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made. Please review your order and shipping details before confirmation.
