Refund Policy

Func does not accept returns on its beverages once an order has been delivered. Our products are consumable in nature, and returns often result in wastage. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns.

That said, if there is an issue with your order, we want to make it right.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, please write to us at hi@func.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.

Once we review and verify the issue, we will offer an appropriate solution. This may include a replacement, a refund, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method and typically take five to seven business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
